MaxiAids Participating in 5th Annual Employment and Visual Impairment Conference Hosted by the Computer Center for Visually Impaired People (CCVIP) at Baruch College in New York City

MaxiAids Products for Independent Living, www.MaxiAids.com , leading supplier of products for the blind, low vision, deaf, hard of hearing and those with other special needs, is proud to be taking part in the 5th Annual Employment and Visual Impairment Conference on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Baruch College in Manhattan. The conference is hosted by the Computer Center for Visually Impaired People (CCVIP) at Baruch. This year’s theme will be “Ever Upward.”

Conference attendees, in the past numbering as many as 200-plus, will have the chance to participate in workshops that provide information, advice, encouragement and updates on current trends in the employment market for the visually impaired.

MaxiAids representatives will be on hand to show a sampling of low vision products, with a focus on those that can improve workplace accessibility.
